Started drum lessons at age 9. Took private lessons until the end of High School, along with concert band, marching band, and play band (orchestra for school plays).

Performed with over 60 bands: rock, jazz, blues, christian, electronic, top 40, classic rock, jazz fusion, progressive rock; 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1-person groups.

Started teaching at age 17. I am 52 now. Around 250 different students in that time.
